This Shipping Policy outlines our order‑processing, delivery, shipping‑costs, customs and delivery‑related terms for orders placed via www.Nokvel.shop. This policy applies to all domestic UK orders and international orders, in compliance with UK consumer‑protection regulations.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed during our business working days, Monday‑Saturday, excluding UK public bank holidays.

Orders received before our daily dispatch cut‑off time will be prioritised for same‑day or next‑working‑day dispatch. Orders placed after cut‑off time, on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Processing time does not include delivery transit time. We do not guarantee dispatch on bank holidays.

1. Delivery Times & Shipping Options All delivery times are estimated working‑day times and exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

‑ United Kingdom Mainland Standard Shipping: 2‑4 working days after dispatch ‑ United Kingdom Mainland Express Shipping: 1‑2 working days after dispatch ‑ Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands: 3‑6 working days after dispatch ‑ International shipping (EU & rest of world): 5‑12 working days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays, customs clearance or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

1. Shipping Costs Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete payment. Shipping costs depend on destination, total order weight and selected delivery service.

Promotional free‑shipping offers apply only when stated at checkout and are subject to advertised minimum‑order‑value requirements.

1. Tracking Your Order Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping‑confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for courier systems to update tracking information after dispatch. If you cannot locate your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.

1. Delivery Address & Non‑Delivery You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and valid delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for delays, lost parcels or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable addresses provided by you.

If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may leave it with a neighbour, deliver to a local collection point, or return the item back to us. Additional return‑and‑re‑delivery fees may apply for re‑sending returned parcels.

We do not guarantee delivery to PO box addresses.

1. Customs, Duties and Import Charges (International Orders) For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom: Your shipment may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and local administrative fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient customer and are not included in your order payment to Nokvel.

Customs processing times may extend overall delivery timelines. We have no control over customs clearance procedures in destination territories.

1. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt. If goods arrive damaged, please take photographs of packaging and damaged items and contact our support team promptly.

For parcels marked as “delivered” by courier tracking but not received by you: please check with neighbours, building reception or local courier collection point first, then contact us to open an investigation with the delivery provider. Investigations with couriers may take several working days to complete.

1. Bank Holidays Please note dispatch and delivery services will be suspended on UK public bank holidays. Orders placed over bank‑holiday periods will resume processing on the next working business day.
